Vector Fill With Shapes Tool Is Sloppy — Needs Improvement

Using the circle shape tool and filling with vector creates sloppy edge work, which is unacceptable for vector art. The particular image attached is of an attempted oval, but even with an undistorted circle, the same issue is present. I did not post this to UserVoice, since it does not have an option to post/comment images of the issue.
