Video card for adobe fresco ?

Hello, I have a toshiba laptop which is kind of old and my graphics card is a AMD radeon HD 7400M and adobe fresco cannot run on it. I have a wacom cintiq pro 24. I also have a desktop computer which is mid-tier and meets recommended specifications for fresco except the graphic card. I want to upgrade the graphics so which one would anyone recommend? Thanks...

yes i can read the system requirements but my question is which graphic cards have directX feature 12_1 or 12_2 ???

Research indicates GeForce GTX1050 Ti is good low budget, GTX1660 much better.  The cheap one does not draw from the power supply so it is useful for weaker systems hth.
