You could try a search on YouTube.

I would expect the majority will be in English if done by the Adobe team, but there might be some out there done by other people who have used a different language.

I found that which is not a video šŸ™‚ but as you cannot set up your youtube search by language (it only translates the content) beyong setting up your location (on mobile) or change your prefered language (in settings), it will be hard. (although you can still activate the close captions on youtube for an automated translation: with varied results)

Have you chacked if the tutorials in the app (home page) are in italian or not? (assuming you have the latest version)

Also I would suggest asking your question in this forum, IN ITALIAN, so people who may know the answer and who don't speak English can answer.

One thing I would suggest also is reach out to artists you follow (eg: on instagram or on Behance) and see if they can help with that. They may have tutorials on offer themselves...
