Adobe Acrobat XI Pro keeps closing second after launching or opening a PDF

I was using the trial version and was was having an issue with the program closing after about 10 seconds, prior to it closing the program works just fine, I have windows 7 with SP1 and have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat about 10x now trying all the troubleshooting steps I could find including doing all updates and even running the registry cleaning uninstaller and re-installing the program. Spent hours on it and recently upgraded to paid version hoping it would fix it but no such luck, please help.

Hi,

Please go to Program File* 86-Common File-Adobe-SLCache Rename the SLCache to Old SLCache

Program Data-Adobe-SLStore- Rename the SLStore to Old SLStore.

Then Right click on the application and Run it as an Admin.

Check if this helps or not.

I cannot find any file by this name.  I need help with this please.  A great deal of my work is in PDF files and I cannot keep them open on my desktop or my iPad.
