Adobe CC loading forever

New Here ,
Aug 23, 2015 Aug 23, 2015

I made a fresh install of Win7 and my Adobe Creative Cloud software doesn't work anymore, it would always show me a loading wheel, forever.

Here's what I did.

- Create a backup of %Appdata%

- Install new Windows

- Override %Appdata% with the backup

- Install Adobe CC

- Launch Adobe CC

Realise that something is broken since the wheel is spinning forever.

My first instinct was of course, that this might have some connection to the %Appdata% folder, hence I deleted all Adobe folders in %Appdata%/Local and %Appdata%/Roaming.

Still my Adobe CC wouldn't show more than the loading wheel.

The next thing I tried was making a fresh installation.

This did not help, too.

So I searched the Internet, I found:

App doesn't open | Progress wheel spins continually

I tried everything they recommended, but it still wouldn't fix my issue.

So I tried this:

Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Wouldn't fix it, too.

Since all other users with similar problems found a solution, I didn't manage to squeeze anything out of google anymore. I need your help to fix Adobe CC.

I am not sure, whether it's helpful, but anyways I added a DxDiag file. As you can see I am using the "Windows 7 eXtremeâ„¢ Draconis Edition 64-bit", but this is unlikely the root of the problem, I know a couple of others guys who don't have any problems with it.

DxDiag at pastebin.com

Thanks for your help, I appreciate it!

Unfortunately the results are still the same, I might need to mention that I don't ever see an entry form for my login Data in the Adobe CC application.

As soon as it starts, it shows the loading wheel.
