New Here ,

I am thinking about purchasing the new lenovo yoga book. However the processor is an Intel atom x5, and I am not sure if it will run the Adobe CC applications smoothly. Specifically PS and Ai. Any thoughts?

you have to use win 10, not android.

the cpu needs to be, at least, 2ghz (and i think the x5 is ~1.4ghz

the screen is so small that it will be difficult to read the ps interface, for example.

bottomline:  you should see ps running on one before you buy it, if ps is a must have for your computer.

otoh, i have a ms surface pro that runs ps (and other adobe programs) acceptably which is no surprise because it has a non-toy cpu.
