I attempted to open my program today and received the following statement:
"licensing for this product has stopped working"
You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help.
So the questions are
#1 why did I receive this licensing error as I am an original owner with a current registered license for the suite.
#2 Since I can no longer get telephone support for this product what are the chances that if I uninstall the product that it will not reinstall and initiate correctly then I will not have any tech support?

1. you may have purchased an enterprise version from a vendor that was not authorized to sell an enterprise version. or it might be something more benign. (if you purchased from adobe, it's benign.
2. go here and see if your serial number is accepted. if it is, you can reinstall - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/activation-fails-cs3-acrobat-8.html

I went in and received a new sn and tried to reinstall the suite with no success. Do you have any other options? First time round the install said I needed to change my screen resolution so I uninstalled and reinstalled at 1024x768 with same results. Now I’m stuck and people are asking for work to get done and I have no access to Illustrator or photoshop as well as acrobat 8
