Adobe illustrator UI interface too tiny how to fix this pls

Hi guys,

please i need help with this i tried evrything i could find and the only think i could achieve was bigger but a lot blurry,

im on windows 10 when im on my external screen evrything is fine but when im working from my laptop this happenes,
