Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 Installation Error

I have tried to install Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 as a trial on my 32-bit PC and when it tries to install it says,

Installation Error

Installation of the following components has failed:

Adobe Bridge CS4

Adobe Media Encoder CS4

To continue installing the remaining options, click Continue.

When I click continue it says this after a while,

Installation Error

Adobe Premiere Pro CS4

Adobe OnLocation CS4

Adobe Media Encoder CS4

To continue installing the remaining options, click Continue.

Then it says,

Installation Failed

One or more required components of Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 failed to install correctly.

If I click More Information.

Please help me, I need this program for a school project.

The same thing happens if I try to install Adobe After Effects CS4.

Seems to be a permission specific issue. Lets try the bellow suggestions and check if that helps.
