I've had all my adobe CC programs start in the background, the only ones that don't have this  problem are Photoshop, and Illustrator.

What I've done so far is reinstall Adobe CC 3 times, including deleting all folders of adobe on my computer located my programs folders, and user folders.

And I've still got this issue, Can i get help here

what do you mean?

are the programs starting when you don't want them to start?

or are they starting but open below other open windows?

or something else?

Hi Captain_bakaneko,

As you have mentioned that except Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator other Adobe applications are not launching properly. You have already tried to reinstall them thrice and also tried to close them using task manager and still, you are unable to use the applications.

I would request you to share the name of the application OS version that you are using. I would also recommend you to try to create a new admin user account and try to launch the applications there. If that doesn't work, you may also try to Contact Customer Care and make sure you signed in with the Adobe ID under which you have a subscription when you use this link.

Thanks.

Sorry for the delay, but i  contacted Customer Care, and i got it to work for a few weeks, now the only version that i can get to run is 10.3.0 for Premiere, plus i'm running Windows 7, not  sure  if that helps?

Hi Captain_bakaneko,

Thanks for the heads up and sharing information that you are using Windows 7 and you are only able to run Premiere Pro 10.3.0.
Could you please explain the situation in detail? Are you getting any error while using any of the Adobe applications?

Thanks.
