Version of After Effect = CS6

Bit of System= 64 Bit

Platform- Windows 7 Professionnel

Error i recieve when starting up After effect CS6

"Configuration Error"

Please uninstall and reinstall the product.

If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe Technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

Shiri, kindly try to uninstall it and then remove the remains using CC cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Install is using the link to: Download Creative Suite 6 applications
