What application are you trying to install? Have you tried installing the CC Desktop app, and then installing your application from there?

Bytefence was an old issue and I think is no longer installed with Chrome and this problem no longer occurs .

This error means that you have an access issue ,most of the time to the Temp folder .You can try installing from the hidden Admin or try deleteing and creating the Temp folder from the hidden Admin .
