Attempting to install software, getting error code 127

My school provides access to Adobe software, so I tried installing Premiere Pro and Premiere Rush. Each time, the installer partially installs it but then says "Installation Failed" and gives error code 127. The website says to "Check permission on adobetemp folder located at [Win] <system drive>/adobetemp", but I can't seem to figure out how that works. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
