'billing address has not been specified' Error

Hi everyone,

Try to use PAYPAL to buy creative cloud photography plan for the first time . However, the following message keeps coming out:

There is already a billing address in my paypal account.

I search through my adobe account pages but could not find a place for me to specify the billing address.

May I know what happen and where can I enter my billing address in order to proceed with the payment?

Thanks for the reply. But I do not have a credit card.

Last week, I use a debit card to purchase adobe cloud photography plan for the first time. Money is debit from my bank account, however photoshop is still in trial mode and showing trial period expired.

Call up adobe and was told there is a technical problem and will refund in a week.

Now, trying to buy using PayPal and face with this problem.I have never buy a software online with so much difficulty.

Why should Adobe refund if you want to buy? That does not make sense to me.

I suppose you are located in Germany. I do not know any other country so in love with debit cards that they use them for on-line business.

An alternative from buying direct from Adobe is Amazon.

The best thing is now I received an email saying my membership  will now automatically renew.

Paid the money, still cannot use the product, was told to be refund, now membership auto renew ???
