I have a MacBook Pro late 2011 running the updated MacOS Sierra (10.12). Last night I attempted to download Bridge CC and was able to successfully (I think?) download and install the CC Desktop App. But the download page for Bridge said "Bridge is downloading now..." so I left it there to finish the download during the night. When I came back in the morning, nothing had changed, nothing had been downloaded and there were no errors.
The previous attempt had been with Safari so I decided to try Google Chrome. This time, when I tried the download, a pop-up asked for my permission to launch an external application, which I gave. But then the same thing happened: the download page informed me that "Bridge is downloading now..." but there were no apparent downloads or changes made, and no errors.
I saw another thread with a similar issue in which the staff member advised that the person download Bridge from the CC Desktop app itself, but I don't see an option for this and my Desktop app seems to be lacking the "Apps" tab that I've seen in screenshots in other places on this site (mine just has "Home, Assets, Stock, Community".)
Since there are no errors being reported and no downloads that appear to even be starting I can't imagine what's going wrong, but I'd love some help!
Thanks!

in your OOBE/Configs folder delete your ServiceConfigs.xml file:
A) Mac OS: /Users/<user folder>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs
Note: The \Users\<user folder>\Library\ is hidden by default after 10.7. google enable access to hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 and later for instructions on accessing it or check https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launching-cc.html.
B) Windows: C:\Users\<user folder>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Note: The AppData is hidden with Windows default settings. google Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows for instructions to show it or check https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launching-cc.html.
quit and then restart your cc desktop app.
