Can't install Photoshop CC

New Here ,
May 25, 2017 May 25, 2017

I had been using CS6 and Lightroom 5 and signed up for Creative Could

So, I managed to install both Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC on my Laptop, but can't do same same on my iMac.

On my iMac Lightroom CC shows up in the installed panel, is in my dock, and I can use it When I try to install Photoshop CC, it goes through the installation process, I get a window telling me it successful  installed, but then doesn't show up in the installed panel where Lighroom resides. Nor does Photoshop CC show up in the Apps folder on my hard drive. When in Lightroom CC and I go to Photo> Edit In, it shows CS6.

Simply can't figure it out. Can anyone help?

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
