Okay some context first....
I created an adobe specific email address the day I signed up. Purchased two plans....Adobe CC and Premier Pro. I set an email, password etc and went on my way using the apps for MONTHS without ever having to sign in again etc.
Last night I open Photoshop and out of the blue I need to sign in again. Now I cant remember the email associated to my Adobe ID. No way for me to send a password reset code nothing because for some reason there is no option to reset the email address.
I have searched the adobe website for customer support nothing. I want to use the apps I am paying for but I cant sign in.
How do I get hold of a person at billing or something? All I can provide them with is my banking info where my payment plans are connected to, card number etc.

This is a public forum. If staff contacts you, they will have a red STAFF badge. Did you use this user ID? If so, they can look up your account with that.

Hi Jane.
Thank you for the reply. When I click on the link I can't find my way to a person to talk to. All the options are unhelpful. However a friend got in contact with support staff and my oh my...
The biggest barrier is language. I provided instructions over the phone while my friend had the staff member online. I gave the staff member every payment reference, order number etc to find out my associated email address, which I cant remember. The staff member even asked me to give him the last email I remember that closely resembles the original email, probably for verification purposes, so I gave one and his response was..."its is very similar, try again"
It was like he's playing a game of "keep guessing, I'll tell you when you are right". The whole point is I cant remember it precisely, letter for letter.
Anyway long story short I cancelled and must now proceed to take out a new plan.

Oh, that’s frustrating! I know you’ll be sure to keep your email this time, but although we are volunteers, we can also alert staff and they can look at your account when you log in here with your Adobe ID. They will have a red STAFF badge and do not need to ask for your email or other info.

You should always remember the e-mails used with different providers. And you will have to need access to them. 🙂
