hola, llevo dos semanas con el mismo problema.problema que lleva ya casi dos años.  si me siguen cobrando interpondre una demanda contra ustedes por negligencia e irrespeto al cliente por estar cobrando un servicio que se dio de baja desde el año 2016 ya son dos años y el servicio se sigue cobrando.

¿quien responde por mi dinero? solicito se reintegre todo el dinero cobrado desde el 04 de abril del 2016  y den de baja el servicio.
