I know I typed in the serial number right because it gave me the green check mark. It keeps asking me to retry because of a connection error. I tried everything on the adobe help sight.
There's no way to contact adobe over the phone, or email? I'm very disappointed in a lack of customer support. I hope someone can help me with this problem.

Also, their help web-sight was only for cs5.5 and later, they had absolutely nothing, that I could find at least, for older programs.
EDIT: I did a little more searching, and finally found the solution on another thread. Go here if you are having the same problem as me CS3 activation - "no connection", no support It worked 😃
