To any Adobe Audition support employee:
I downloaded Adobe Audition CS6 and installed it no problem.
I am trying to activate it but all codes I use are rejected.
I originally bought Adobe Audition 1.5 full version, and then purchased upgrades for 2.0, 3.0, CS5.5 and CS6
The activation process will not accept my CS6 upgrade code, or my 1.5 original code - or any others in between!
How do I activate this?
Note - I have CS6 successfully installed and activated on one other existing MacBook Pro - also mine - and I intend only using one copy at a time - this latest install is on a MacBook Air for remote, portable work (mainly as freelance work in Theatres). Is it OK to have it installed and activated on two Macs? I rang Adobe when on version 2 for PC and they indicated that installing on more than one computer was OK if personal, and using only one copy at a time - perhaps this has changed?
Any guidance appreciated.
Thanks,
Kevin.
you'll need your cs6 serial number, Find your serial number quickly
and it may be attached to your account, Adobe ID
because it's an upgrade serial, after entering your cs6 serial you will be presented with a dropdown or qualifying products. select one (eg, cs 5.5) and you will be asked to enter its (cs5.5.'s) serial number.
enter the correct number at the correct time and installation should proceed
