Cant install Adobe after effects CS4 , Why ?

I downloaded "adobe after effects CS4" from this link : Adobe - After Effects : For Windows : Adobe After Effects CS4 9.0.3 Update and when I was about to install it .. It said "Cannot install Please click the quit button" .. I dont know why it goes like that . Does it need requirements ? Did I forget to do something before I downloaded it ? Please tell me why I really have to get adobe after effects CS4 , its for my project .. Please

That link is not a full instal packake of Adobe After Effects CS4 - that is only an update.

If you need AE just login to your Adobe Account and download Creative Cloud App and from that AE CS6, CC or CC 2014.
