I have contacted customer support recently about cancelling my membership. The gist of it is that my membership was renewed without my approval and that I haven’t received an email from them in over a year.
The support person I chatted with was (a) unhelpful and (b) rude. Online chat is slow and tedious.
I need to contact Adobe via email to advise them that I am dissatisfied, and have taken steps to cancel my membership. I will also contact Consumer Affairs, or whatever Government service deals with customer ripoffs. They will want to know whether I have attempted to contact Adobe, which is well nigh impossible.
I have tried asking this question using Chat, but I will have to wait even for that:
Obviously some strange usage of the word “shortly” that I was previously unaware of.
Does anybody know how to send an email to the right people?
