Create a direct debit

Hi,

I'm a creative cloud subscriber based in the UK and I am looking to change my payment method to a direct debit as I am rewarded by my bank for doing this. Having called the adobe help team, which seems to be based in India they do not understand a word I am saying.

Is it possible for me to change my payment to a monthly direct debit from what I currently do? - Which in essence is exactly the same a payment that comes out of my account monthly.
