Creative Cloud Desktop app won't open

I recently installed the Creative Cloud desktop app, but it doesn't seem to be working. Every time I try to open it, a blank page shows up. I've uninstalled the app, shut down my laptop, reinstalled, but nothing seems to work. Are there any other solutions?

I believe you are referring to the blank white window of CC desktop app.
