Extraction error Master collection CS6_LS16

I downloaded the master collection files (exe file 1mb and 7z file 6.5gb) but get this error on extracting (same if i extract as administrator: "A problem occurred while extracting your files. Check availability of space and the write privileges on the destination folder". Help.
