Flash cs4 serial number no longer works

I have had to reinstall my Flash CS4 Software after rebuilding my computer.

However, the Serial Number no longer works.

I checked in Adobe ID to ensure I had the correct information, but all I see is a Red X when I enter the Serial Number.

Can anyone help?
