Artyweb where exactly are you receiving this error?  What Adobe CS5 software title is affected?  Which operating system are you using?

Thank you Artyweb.  The error 131:4 indicates a problem with the activation and a file has now become either damaged or missing on your system.  Removing and reinstalling Creative Suite 5 should allow you to resolve the error and restore the missing/damaged file/files.

You can download a fresh copy of the installation files at http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-product-downloads.html.
