help: Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard - Re-install to new computer

Hi All,
good day
I just Installed my AA 9 standard to new computer and getting this message after i open the Application.
please see below.
some notes:
- i had just deactivated the AA9 Standard to the Old Computer and then reinstall the software to new computer
- when i pull down the "Select a product that you already own" i cannot find the AA 9 Standard
this is a discussion related to the post, not sure thou how the tech support resolve his issue.

Please provide the present version serial number as well as if you own any previous serial number too.
Do provide the Email under which it has been registered. Email me directly at bhatacha@adobe.com as well as here.

Hi Rajshree,
good day
I have sent you details through private message and email the AA9 Standard SN.
- We only 1 SN for this product
- I had also just registered this product under my email yesterday (june 25, 2014)
I also just followed the procedure of deactivating and uninstalling the software found on the adobe forums/website and Help found on the CD.
anyway, if you have a notes or kb on deactivate-uninstall-transfer to new pc kindly send me so i could check.
