How can I reactivate CS3 Design Premium?

Hi,

I’ve tried all this but I always end up with the same problem, a dialog that looks like this:

Skärmavbild 2018-09-21 kl. 13.53.41.png

and when I press OK it turns into a blue thermometer for a fraction of a second then it goes back to this.

I’ve also tried to activate by phone and filling in the new number in the boxes att the bottom of the dialog frame

but it just tells me that it is the wrong number…

What should I do? I have a perfect Internet connection, no anti-virus program and nu Fire-wall.

Still I get this message.

I also have the CS6-Master Collection but I have some plug-ins in the CS3 that I use but don’t want to pay for again.

Can I in the worst scenario still use CS3 on an older system or is it gone forever?

I also tried installing a clean OSX High Sierra on a new hard disk, never used, and then tried to install Java 6 that is needed for installing CS3

but it kept saying that it could not install "Java SE 6 runtime” because there is a newer Java installed…?

Is that built into OSX High Sierra? I’ve tried to remove it but can’t find any traces of any Java in the system.

I have wasted 3 whole days trying to solv the problem, can you help me?

According to the first message I have only today to fix this problem

Best Regards

Björn W Clasénius

CS3 and Acrobat 8 activation server is retired see reply #1 https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2372929

-you MUST use the special serial number AND the special installer you download, not your originals

-above includes a link to get the special version AND links to help with activation problems

-more information on activation problems with the new version https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2385900

DavidTapia, I am sorry to hear that you are unable to install Creative Suite 3 on the Windows 10 computer.  Do you receive a specific error message while installing CS3 using the new installation files?

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10

-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window

-or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... this says Encore, but is sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account) so follow the instructions, substituting the name and location of your specific program for Encore

-also https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/create-local-administrator-account-windows.html
