I'm currently on an annual plan for Creative Cloud where I pay monthly to use all the programs. Due to a unavoidable banking error my account was emptied just at the time of the monthly rollover and there was no funds available to be debited. Naturally my CC account was suspended immediately do to the failure of the card payment not going through YET I'm still able to open and use all my programs. Even when I'm prompted with billing popups I can just close them to have access to my account.
My question is how long can you continue to have access to these programs before adobe locks you out entirely? As of this very moment it's as if nothing has changed as I can access apps like photoshop and premiere pro with no issue. Now I get paid again in just under 13 days so I want to know if I'll be able to fully use my apps until then. It would be just nice to know that if I wake up tomorrow or the day after that my projects won't be hidden behind a paywall screen.
I tried to ask someone at adobe customer service chat about this TEN DIFFERENT WAYS and they wouldn't answer the question except for scripted responses. Like for eg:
Me: "How much longer can I use these programs without being blocked by adobe?"
Adobe: "Sir, you cannot use Adobe CC if your account is suspended"
Me: "I know but I'm using it now, I just opened photoshop and it's working"
Adobe: "An account suspension means you can no longer use it."
Me: ...but I AM right this very second. How much longer can I continue to use it like this? The rest of the month? A few days...?
Adobe: "No because you've been suspended"
ME: "You didn't answer my question - How much longer can you have access to your CC programs after suspension?
Adobe: "Sir, if you follow this link to the payments page you can subscribe to a Adobe CC plan and no longer be suspended"
ME: FACEPALM.
It got to a point that I questioned if he was actually a bot if there was a language divide with English not being his native tongue... or the guy was being willfully ignorant and there would never be a way to break through to a honest answer.
So in short: Does anyone know how long you can continue to have full access to your CC apps after suspension before you're locked out of the cloud? A day, a week, a month?
A simple question should lead to simple answer... right?

you're welcome.
(but i think message 3 probably better explains why you haven't been locked out, yet unless you checked your account and it shows a trial. my guess is that if you close and then open an adobe program, your subscription will be checked.)

I think they are blocked right away. But the apps do not check your subscription every day. As soon as the app checks, it will stop. Or become a 7 day trial. So, it may happen in 5 minutes or a month.
