I note that after installation of Creative Cloud App, I enabled the first network card.

Creative and Adobe Products works fine after that.

This problem occured only during installation of Creative Cloud.

Yes of course but I use google translate for this translation :

The following problems occurred:
There was a problem at or downloaded files.

For troubleshooting tips, see the customer service. (Error code: 72)

I must also say that I tried the downloaded installation file on another PC and it worked.

Thanks for your analyze.

Thank you MaiFlo for the translation.  Are both computers on the same network?  If so then it is likely either a problem with the quality of service of the connection to this computer or installed security software.  Please see Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html for information on how to determine where the exact failure lies.  While Error Code 72 is not listed the same steps do apply.

Error Code 72 appears to be a unique error so my best guess is that installed security or anti-virus software is interfering with the download process.  Please make sure you are using the current versions of whatever security/anti-virus software you utilize.

Thank you Jeff,

You show me the way to solve my problem.

This is explanation :

I execute Windows 8 like a virtual machine based on MacOs.

When I installed Windows 8 a network card is automatically created between  Mac and Windows 8 but it's just a local network, internet is provided by Mac.

So I create another card to reach my network.

But installer of creative cloud didn't work.

After reading your mail, I try to disable the first local network and installation succeded.

I think the installer test only the first network card which is enabled.

Thank you very much.

Thank you MaiFlo!  This information is useful.  Which virtualization software are you utilizing?  Also what version?
