Mar 16, 2018 Mar 16, 2018

Hello, I tried to install the Adobe Extension manager CC (AdobeExtensionManagerCCAll) but fails with a message:

Installation program can't be initialized. Probably cause is a missing file. Download Adobe Support Adviser.

Any advise to correct this?

Thanks,

Ruud de Soet

Hello, thanks for your support. I used the tip "Installing creative Cloud on MacOS 10.12" and it works.

The operating system: macOS High Sierra, version 10.13.3.

I download the Extension manager directly from the Adobe site: AdobeExtensionManagerCCAll.dmg. (V 7.2.16)

Thanks!
