Installation error (code 127)

Hello. I have a problem with installing Adobe products. I use a package created using the Creative Cloud Packager deployment tool (from adminconsole.adobe.com)

After running the \ Package \ Build \ csetup.exe file, the installation starts (lasts about 5-8 minutes) and ends with an error (The HDPIM Setup Process return code is (127).Stopping the installation process.)
