installer failed to initialize

I'v interupted the Ps CS6 trial installation, after that, evry time i want to start the installation again, it says me: installer failed to initalize. I'v installed the cleaner tool, and removed Ps CS6 from the list, but it doesnt help. what can i do to solve this problem?
