Installing Lightroom 4.0

Hi,
I wanted to re-install my lightroom 4.0 (after complete reboot off the Mac) and I have the product code in my adobe account. I have found the page where you can dowload the older versions but for lightroom 4.0 it says: contact support
But when I go through all the steps to contact the support, I end up again on the download page..
Does anyone has this experience?
Thanks!
Sven

Hi Sven,
As you have mentioned that you wish to install Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4 on Mac and you were not able to contact support for the same. I would request you to try the steps mentioned here: - Contact Support FAQ: Unable to reach support through the "Contact US" link Please feel free to update this discussion after trying this.
Thanks,

Hi Atul,
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately it doesn't help. When I use the link, I end up again like it always does.. being advised to look in the forums or FAQ's.
In the meantime someone from adobe did contact me by mail for a call. I'll give an update after.
Below printscreens from the steps you siggested:

Thanks for the update Sven, please post the case number (if any) I would also like to know what happens when you select call or chat from the second screenshot.

no case number i'm afraid, nor any constructive help. The Ps CS3 & lightroom 4 that I bought years ago are not supported anymore. IThe last couple of years i've worked with the full package cloud version during my freelance days, which costed 60-70EUR a month. Now that i'm not freelancing anymore I also stopped the subscription of cloud.
My goal was just using my 'old' Ps and lightroom for a few pics a year that I work on out of interest and as a hobbyist.. so I don't need an expensive update to CS 6 and lightroom 6 licenses for 500USD, but oh yeah.. this time,.. they will be updated for life.. because this time we though of offering this to our customers..
I wonder why it wasn't the case with CS3 back then.
I'm quite disappointed to be honest and really find this not customer minded at all after being a user for several years.. an affordable update would be acceptable.. So, I will be using online PS platforms that are also available and free, since it's only as a hobbyist and not professional anymore I will go for that option and will leave adobe as a customer i'm afraid. Not a big loss for them as individual.. but i won't be a very good ambassador for them towards others.
Thanks for the info anyway
cheers
