Microsoft C++ Runtime Error

Downloaded and installed Photoshop CS6.  CS6 works fine.  CS6 64 gives Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error  R6034  An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.  I deactivated, uninstalled, reinstalled with the same result.  Have 4 mb ram,  Win 7 64 with all updates.  Have been running CS5 64 no problem.  It makes me crazy to have an app that won't work so I need to fix it.

Then re-install.
