Missing msvcr120.dll

I just installed Creative Cloud 3.5.1.209 on a Windows10 home edition 64 bit. I Downloaded and Installed Bridge CC, Photoshop CC 2015 and Lightroom CC 2015 (photography plan). Both Photoshop CC 2015 and Bridge CC 2015 crash immediately after launch for MSVCR120.dll not present. Downloading and installation of vc++ runtimes 2012 and 2013 didn't solve the problem.

I found the missing dll and copied it int system32 folder. Both applications crash immediately with 0xc000007b error.

Lightroom CC 2015 works well.
