New Here ,

I had the exact thing happen to me. Is there no help in the world? And does anyone else think that AAM is the most unintuitive, and unfriendly program ever?

mvlad313 I have branched your message out to a new thread.  If I understand properly you are finding that when you open the Adobe Application Manager it is blank and does not allow you to select any applications to download and install is this correct?

I am having this exact problem w/Adobe Application Manager CS6 from cloud service... in browser (safari - mac OS 10.6.8) if you try to open PDF link, it will instantly tell you you need to accept the user "blah blah" and this is what the window looks like... you can click on the accept all day and it will do nothing... cancel kills the app and you're back to square one. This is what it looks like...
