I am trying to activate my CS6 suit offline because I have no internet connection to my desktop. However, the Request code/Serial number do not work when I try to request an offline response code from (http://www.adobe.com/go/getactivated) for offline activation. Adobe does not seem to have a phone number for me to call to get help resolving the problem, and I only have 7 days to activate the product. I have my Serial number, and I can generate a request code on my PC, but I cannot get a response code.
