How to pause the download from Creative Cloud? How to the limit the bandwidth of download?

I work in a small office and all the time there are a update (almost every day!!!!), we have problem with phones and it's not possible to work with internet. Adobe Creative Clous is seriously harming my business!

I can pause and resume downloads with with almost all the apps i use since 1999 even for small download but i can't find this option in Creative Cloud that download software that are 1gb - 2gb (30 min or 1 hour)!!!!!.

use a download manager of your choosing and directly download from prodesigntools.com
