I purchased Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Illustrator CS2 a few years ago and have been using them on my computer without a problem. I recently purchased a new laptop and I noticed that I lost the installation cds for both apps. I've managed to download the replacement installer for both apps, and to locate only my photoshop serial number (by logging in with my Adobe ID). I wrote my serial number after getting the installer prompt, but received the message "Invalid serial number". How can I continue the installation with my serial number?

You need to get the serial numbers for the Suite(s).  As far as CS2 goes, you need to get a special version/serial number for that.

How can I get the serial numbers for the Suites? (especially for the photoshop cd4)
