Recover License

I have Elements installed on a computer.  The hard drive has went bad and the computer cannot boot.  How can I recover the license key so that I can install Elements on a new hard drive?

As long as you registered your software you should be able to find your serial number thru your Adobe account online.

If you happened to purchase the disks, the serial number should be on the box that contains the disks.

If you need to download the software to reinstall it then you will need to identify the version so that a link can be provided.

If you don't have luck with finding the serial number you need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone.
