I have been using Adobe Elements & Adobe Revel for years. I was notified of the switch from these applications to the creative cloud and because of my long standing relationship with Adobe I received a redemption code to switch to the creative cloud for a year. I contacted Adobe today and spoke with Anmitra at (Removed by moderator) who confirmed that my redemption code was active. He also told me that I could contact the 1800-833-6687 number tonight and someone would be available to help me. I told him I have called that number in the evenings and that they close at 7:00pm pacific time and he assured me that someone would be able to help me 24hrs. a day Monday-Friday. I got home and loaded my redemption code and again it says "We're sorry, but it seems like this redemption code has expired". This is the exact errror message I've received when trying to download the creative cloud for the past few weeks. I explained all of this to the above agent who assured me the redemption code is active. I'm beyond frustrated that I'm unable to download the creative cloud and transfer all of my pictures from Revel which is set to expire tomorrow. I need help.
