Hello ! I am wrestling the whole week with activation of my CS3 Design suit premium. i have changed my computer try to re-activate.. but i cannot connect with internet .. de-activation wil not work on old computer, he died.., try it via phone, isnt support anymore and via telephone ill be directed to the site to chat wit employee... all the things not work, Ill try wit offline activation but there they ask my Request code and Serial number... please help me !! Were do i find my Request code ??

May I have on of those private messages, too, please? I just upgraded to Windows 10 and I suspect that is why my CS3 wants me to reactivate. I tried dealing with the "Chat" thingy, but it jumped me through a bunch of hoops before finally telling me that CS3 is old and they no longer support it and sent me back here. I just need the dern "Request Code" - I already have those other two long numbers!! Help!!

I have an older copy of InDesign and I need to reactivate it. I've found the procedures for offline activation, but I don't know how to get it to generate a request code. I don't see it as an option. This is for CS2
