Good evening.

Someone know that tab that appears in our products? Well, in my tab does not appear anything. It's like if I had not purchased the software. u have a valid serial so I could test ?

Lightroom CC 2015 is a subscription which will not appear under Products tab. However if you are having an active subscription then you should be locate it under your plans tab, use below link to find it.

Also make sure you are signing in with correct email address.
