setup.exe not working

hello,

When I trying to install Adobe cs6 master collection or photoshop cc (double clicking setup.exe) it's not working.

the windows "thinking" for 2-3 seconds and than nothing happens.

I have windows 7 ultimate 64bit

with 250 gb SSD

Some  one know I need to do?

Doing Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 [says Encore and also for All Adobe programs] will sometimes fix "odd" or "permission" errors
