Hi All,
I have a user who is seeing the below error on launch of Creative Cloud (we can't launch the app at all, it errors immediately). This only applies to creative cloud, all of the other adobe products launch without issue.
We've tried the following:
1. Turning on DEP in Advanced System Settings and adding the creativecloud.exe launcher to the exception list.
2. Removing KB2670838.
3. Wiping the librarylookupfile-old in %appdata%\Adobe\CC Libraries\LIBS
That's all the fixes that the holy grail of reddit forums and g4ming sites have provided.
Does anyone else have fixes for this? Some DXDIAG info below.
