I am getting the message described above while trying to install Acrobat x pro. I have temporarily disabled my internet security and logged on to my machine as Master Administrator trying to resolve the issue but that's not helping either. I am running Win 7 64bit with SP1. Running an AMD FX-8150 8 core processor. I have 16gb of memory & 90GB of SSD space. So I ought to have more than enough resources.
Any body have any ideas or suggestions? Sure would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance & have a great day!!!!
Jim

I am not working with any product called CS5. I am working with acrobat x pro as my subject line indicates. When I get the installation error the installer does a rollback & as far as I can see nothing is left on my machine. I have looked in c:\Program files & c:\Program(x86) can't find a thing related to Acrobat x
