What Windows OS is supported for Photoshop cc 2015

I have an older IBM Server with lots of RAM and Storage that I've installed Windows Server 2012 on.  My question is: can I run Photoshop and Lightroom CC 2015 this server using the Windows Server OS or, will I need to configure a hyper visor and add another Windows OS (eg Windows 7,8 or 10) to run the Adobe apps?

I don't think Adobe programs are written to run on server software... but, click the link below and check

MINIMUM System requirements for Cloud Programs... scroll down and check each program

Thanks!  I suspected that I would get this answer but thought that it was worth a shot.  So, Hyper-V and Windows 8 it is then.

We are using hyper v and 64 bit photoshop cc 2015. I am wondering if you experienced slowness?

Our virtual machines are running 2x slower than the desktop version. I am wondering if you had the same experience?
