I paid for my subscription online via Paypal for photoshop and its isnt appearing in my orders and hasnt activated. I spoke to a help person and they said it will activate withiin 24 hours. Why? I bought it to use now and its really frustrating that I cant. its also confusing because absolutely nowhere did it tell me, infact when I try to use it it asks me to upgrade my plan and pay, which I almost did thinking it had failed but I checked to make sure they had actually charged me and my money has gone out.
Nothing nowhere has informed me about my purchase activation times or my order. i just dont understand why it takes time to activate my subscription when paying for it directly through Adobes site.
